New students are welcome to all classes.
First time students are required to arrive at least 20 minutes before the class begins. Classes are 90 minutes. Please bring a beach towel, a water bottle, and a washcloth. Wear a leotard, stretch pants, exercise shorts, or a swimsuit. T-shirts are bulky; tank tops are better. The room is warm (106!) so expect to sweat. Work out on a empty stomach.
